Our Grading Criteria
When evaluating a restaurant, various factors contribute to the final score. Primarily, the quality of the food plays a significant role. Factors like flavor, presentation, portion size, and overall satisfaction heavily influence the rating since the essence of dining out revolves around the food.
However, a delightful meal can be overshadowed if the service or ambiance falls short. Therefore, we also consider the overall atmosphere, the attentiveness and knowledge of the wait staff, accommodation for dietary restrictions, parking convenience, and the value-for-money aspect of the dining experience.
It’s essential to note that despite exceptional cuisine, a restaurant may receive a more average final rating if other elements like service and atmosphere do not meet expectations.
